  Spoke to a number of suppliers/installers and got quotes. Puneet from Top Value Solar gave good technical information and took time to optimise design of panel installation. Being solar specialists, I was able to select the components I favoured, and the job was able to be scheduled very quickly and installation completed within a week of commitment. Installation went well and Diego developed good plan for inverter installation and power board upgrade. Happy to recommend Top Value Solar.

  After doing my own research into solar i went with top value as Puneet was very helpful and had alot of knowledge. There was no big push to buy now. Other companies undercut his price but i did not trust them. Our system was installed on 03/07/19 by some very capable men. The electrician was very helpful and answered all my questions and then some. So far all is good. Puneet has even offered to come and set up the app on my phone. great service.

  The initial consultation through to installation was outstanding

  Top Value Solar responded quickly to our request for a quote. After the quote was emailed, Puneet came to our home and simply explained the detail contained in the quote. His product knowledge was extensive and this led to a subsequent brand change with the panels we'd initially wanted. After a few more phonecalls to Puneet, he matched a more competitive quote (we had five) then arranged for the solar system installation to be done four days later. When I expressed dismay that the diagram of their panel layout showed that the 24 panels would not fit on our upper roof area, he suggested putting the third row in the landscape position. I wasn't keen on some in portrait and others in landscape position so I drew up a scaled drawing and changed the layout. I found that all 24 panels in landscape position would fit on the upper roof area where they would get maximum exposure to the sun. I was also keen for a symmetrical layout. The guys were more than happy to adopt this new approach. Two experienced roofers and an electrician with over a decade of solar install experience carried out the installation which was all done by mid afternoon. They even sent their drone up to capture an aerial view of the installed system. While the final switch over by the energy provider is yet to occur, the system was tested and it powered up on first attempt. I would be happy to recommend Top Value Solar based on my experience described above.

  I've been 'humming and aahing' about installing solar for some time, and was finally attracted by a cheap deal. But I also took the time to review different companies and asked for quotes. Some quotes came in quite high, but Top Value Solar was the first to come to my house and have a look (though not the only one), and their quote was competitive. I got another quote as well that was also very good, but Top Solar came down to beat it. From there on in, it went quickly and smoothly, and now I have a whole array of quality panels on my north facing tile roof and a good inverter on the house. The installer commented positively on the quality of my choices. I am not in the habit of recommending companies for their product, believing they can market themselves, but I take an exception in this instance and highly commend Top Value Solar. Their product, service, promptness and customer relations were all A1.

  Managed to overcome a few obstacles to successfully complete an outstanding installation of a 10kW system. Installers were efficient and would definitely recommend Top Value Solar to anyone contemplating going solar.

  Top Value Solar were excellent from start to finish. I have quite a large roof which doesn't get direct sunlight for a couple of hours after the sun has come up and I wasn't sure what size system to go for and whether I should get tilts put under the panels to angle them towards the sun. Puneet confidently advised me to go for a large system (20kW) and not to bother with tilts as they wouldn't make much difference, he showed me other systems they had installed of a similar size and roof orientation so I could confidently make my decision based on real data. I got a comparison quote from another local company for a 6.6kW system with the same panels and invertor, it was over $2000 more than Puneet's quote for the same 6.6kW system. I was a bit nervous about going for a larger system as the upfront cost was higher, but now I have started generating I can see that the original cost should be covered in three years and from that point on it will all be profit, the larger the system the more profit I will make, Puneet supported me through this decision and I'm so glad I took his advice. The installation team were excellent, the electrician used the highest grade wiring available and did a really good job, the panel installers were very efficient and also did a great job. Puneet and his team made the whole process very stress free and sorted out the connection to the grid and registering for warranties afterwards as well as advising me which electricity company I should switch to so I could get the best feed in tariff. I had a couple of quotes off other companies and they were both pushy and more expensive. I recommended Puneet to a friend who was also interested in installing solar, after the initial contact Puneet looked at the orientation of his roof and the amount of shade it would have due to trees in surrounding gardens and advised my friend that he didn't think it would be beneficial to put a solar system on his house, I found this very refreshing as I expect a lot of companies would have just taken the money. I can't recommend Puneet and the team highly enough for their honesty, competitive pricing, advice and standard of work, if you are considering solar look no further.

  We engaged the services of Top Value Solar recently to install a 6KW system. I requested 3 quotes from a solar quote site plus I called up another Solar provider offering a shop-a-docket deal. Top Value Solar were first to respond by phone and were not only willing and able to answer all my questions including costs but promptly followed up with an email that provided quotes for 3 different brands of solar panels and inverters plus attachments with product information data sheets on each. This is customer service at its best! My 2 other quotes did not measure up in any way. First guy could answer my questions on a basic level and did not follow through with requested email detailing system he would install and cost. Other guy didn't even call until a week later and the shop-a- docket mob had a call centre operater who obviously had to stick to his script and could only tell me the weekly payment plan! We chose Top Solar because everything about them was professional and their customer service top notch. The guys from Top Solar even met my request they come to the house and show me what they would be doing as part of their quoting process. Install was set for a week after we signed them up. They took care of all the paperwork with energex and followed up with us upon completion to ensure we were happy with the work done. The day for install it was showering and I got a call first thing to say they would assess it again at 10am and let me know. I really appreciated that as I was not left hanging. At 10 Puneet rang and confirmed they would have to postpone til next day. Because it poured down after the guys had started next day they had to stop work but they were back the very next morning and almost completed it til rain stopped them again. Third day they were back in the morning and job completed. No real delays only weather. Electrician and his TA's were also friendly and efficient in their work. We highly recommend this company on customer service, product, price, peace of mind and workmanship.
